Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role preferred
• Solid communication skills and patience when working with elementary and middle school students
• Ability to follow teacher directions and school protocols

• Ready to adapt to changing needs and diverse student abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under the guidance of teachers
• Assist in both classroom instruction and individual or small-group activities
• Help maintain an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
• Support students with a wide range of academic and behavioral needs
• Monitor student progress, assisting with classroom organization and documentation
• Communicate regularly with teachers regarding student needs, challenges, and successes
