Desired Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher, OR 48+ college units and high school diploma, OR high school diploma with passing score on the CBEST or instructional aide exam
  • Willingness to provide personal care and support across various school settings
  • Additional qualifications (where applicable): emergency medication admin training, CPR/First Aid, experience with physical health support (g-tube, asthma care), social-emotional support, sign language, Braille education, or LVN licensure
  • Flexibility in work assignments with a team-oriented mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist students academically and with personal needs as assigned
  • Adapt to varying placements on campus based on daily needs
  • Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Follow protocols for health, safety, and individual education plans
