Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Associate’s degree or higher required
• Experience working as a paraprofessional or behavioral aide in educational settings
• Familiarity with behavioral intervention techniques; ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and commitment to student success
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral and academic needs
• Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans
• Collect data to monitor student progress and intervention effectiveness
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with special education and support staff
• Encourage positive behaviors and social skills development
