Step into an important educational support role as a paraprofessional, making a daily difference in the lives of K-12 students. In this contract position, you'll serve as a crucial facilitator for a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Your ability to provide dependable assistance ensures that students receive much-needed services and remain on track with their learning goals.

In this full-time opportunity, your organizational skills and caring presence will help set the tone for student success. You'll coordinate virtual sessions, guide pupils to their appointments, and support the SLP in providing high-quality educational experiences.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or similar support role in schools
• Comfortable working with K-12 students in a school environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Tech-savvy, able to troubleshoot simple equipment issues and set up virtual sessions
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with educational professionals
• Eagerness to foster a friendly, structured environment for students

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate virtual SLP sessions for students across K-12
• Ensure students attend scheduled appointments promptly
• Assist the SLP in preparing needed materials and maintaining records
• Provide on-the-ground support during services, addressing student needs as they arise
• Communicate relevant information between students, SLP, and school staff
• Support classroom teachers and staff in integrating SLP recommendations into daily routines
