Paraprofessional – Berwyn, IL

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional for a full-time school-based opportunity in the Berwyn, IL area. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working directly with students and can provide consistent academic, behavioral, and classroom support throughout the school day.

Position Details

• Location: Berwyn, IL
• Schedule: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Setting: Onsite, School-Based
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and/or classroom support to students
• Assist teachers with academic and behavioral interventions
• Support students with special education and individualized needs
• Help implement IEP accommodations and classroom strategies
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus
• Strong communication, patience, and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school teams
