What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, ideally within an elementary school environment
• Familiarity with supporting virtual learning sessions and technology tools for remote instruction
• A passion for working with children in both general and special education classrooms
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Patience, adaptability, and a proactive attitude in a dynamic school environment
• Ability to follow teacher plans and implement strategies to aid student learning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging virtual and in-person instruction for K-3rd grade students
• Provide classroom support in general education classes, facilitating group activities and individualized attention as needed
• Work closely with teachers and special education staff to implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior support plans
• Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and organized classroom environment
• Support students’ learning and social-emotional development through positive interaction and guidance
• Participate in staff meetings and training as required by school administration
