• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar supportive role within a school setting
• Familiarity with assisting students who have mobility issues and personal care needs
• Ability to provide attentive, respectful support with tasks such as feeding, transferring, and hygiene routines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer hands-on assistance to a 5th-grade student throughout the school day, ensuring safety and comfort
