Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and ensuring access to curriculum for students who use ASL
• Provide individualized or small group support based on student needs
• Facilitate communication between students, staff, and peers using ASL
• Help adapt instructional materials and visual aids as needed
• Monitor student progress and contribute insights for IEP meetings, when appropriate
• Support classroom management and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment
