As a paraprofessional, you’ll have the opportunity to work across elementary, middle, and high schools, collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other dedicated staff members to ensure every child’s needs are met with respect and dignity. This contract position spans the academic year from August 25th to May 28th, with varied schedules depending on your assignment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility to work at multiple sites within the district as needs arise
• Valid DESE Substitute Certificate (active on the DESE website) or successful completion of the ParaPro Exam, with transcripts on file
• Experience supporting special education classrooms, including 1:1 and general class roles
• Comfort with personal care tasks such as toileting, changing, and behavioral support
• Strong collaboration skills, able to implement instructional and behavior intervention plans

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students in diverse K-12 settings, supporting academic and functional growth
• Collaborate with classroom teams to create safe, inclusive learning environments
