Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional, especially within classrooms serving students with disabilities
• Previous involvement in a support role, working directly with children requiring additional assistance

• Ability to manage or assist with personal care as needed and maintain a supportive environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Aid the lead teacher in delivering innovative, adaptive instruction and supporting lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Offer direct, hands-on assistance to students in a functional skills classroom, fostering daily living, social, and academic skills
• Implement instructional modifications and accommodations as specified in student learning plans
• Assist with classroom organization, transitions, and activities, ensuring a structured and encouraging environment
• Provide daily documentation or feedback regarding student progress and behaviors
