What we’re seeking:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar supportive role in a school setting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and educators
• Compassion, patience, and an enthusiastic attitude toward helping children reach their goals
• Flexibility and adaptability within dynamic classroom environments
• Capability to follow teacher direction and school policies
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional credentials as required by state or district)

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral support for students based on individual needs
• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and classroom organization
• Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special requirements
• Supervise students during class activities, transitions, and outside classroom times
• Contribute to a safe and respectful school environment
