Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Illinois Professional Educator License (IL PEL) required
- Experience as a paraprofessional or supporting students in K-12 education preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management

- Monitor student engagement and behavior, offering positive guidance
- Assist in supervising students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
