Instructional Aide - Branford, CT

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to classroom teachers by working directly with students, both one-on-one and in small groups

• Support students with academic tasks, social-emotional skills, and classroom routines
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
• Prepare and organize instructional materials and classroom supplies
• Communicate student progress and challenges to teachers and support staff
