Key Qualifications:
- Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within schools

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide support to classroom teachers by working directly with students, both one-on-one and in small groups

- Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
