Multiple roles are available, including one-on-one and classroom assistant placements, working with students across grades K–12.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience supporting students in grades K–12
• Prior exposure to special education and/or behavioral classrooms highly preferred
• Adaptable approach and strong communication skills
• Ability to engage positively with students in both 1:1 and group environments
• Collaborative spirit to partner effectively with teachers and school staff
• Reliable attendance and professionalism

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to students in either one-on-one or classroom settings
• Help implement individualized education or behavior plans as directed by teaching staff
• Foster a safe, productive, and inclusive environment for all learners
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to lead teachers and support staff
