Key Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with students, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide instructional and behavioral support to students with varied learning needs
• Reinforce lessons, activities, and accommodations as directed by certified teaching staff
• Assist with classroom management, transitions, and organization to create a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Support student participation in academic, social, and daily living tasks both inside and outside the classroom
• Contribute observations and feedback to the educational team to support student progress
• Help with documentation and implementation of student IEPs or 504 plans as needed
