Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional or related role in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with classroom routines and supporting diverse learners
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, teachers, and staff
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional tasks and classroom management
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs
• Encourage students and help reinforce lesson plans
• Monitor student activities to promote a safe and respectful learning environment
• Support daily classroom operations such as preparing materials and organizing activities
• Foster positive student relationships and model appropriate behavior
