Your schedule will follow school hours—elementary positions run from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, while middle/high school shifts are from 7:15 AM to 2:15 PM. Each week averages 35 rewarding hours, ensuring you have consistency and clear structure throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Support students with special learning or behavioral needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, breaks, and activities
• Communicate effectively with staff to ensure student safety and success

Desired Qualifications:

• Active paraprofessional certificate required
• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar role in schools preferred
• Ability to build rapport with students and faculty
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Flexible, adaptable, and patient in dynamic classroom settings
