Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Possession of a GAPSC Para Cert (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with students with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) is preferred, though not mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to support classroom instruction and adapt to different learning needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to collaborate with staff and adjust to dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and supporting student learning
• Provide individualized or small group help to students, particularly those needing additional behavioral or academic support
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
