Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with teachers to implement instructional activities and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for students with mild to moderate behavioral needs
• Assist with classroom management, social development, and positive reinforcement
• Support with toileting and personal care for younger students as needed
• Adapt communication and engagement strategies to meet a variety of student needs across age groups
• Assist in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment
• Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with faculty and staff for best student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Experience working in schools as a paraprofessional or similar education support role
• Comfortable engaging with students pre-K–12, including administration of toileting assistance for young children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide guidance for students with behavioral challenges in a compassionate, effective manner
• Flexible attitude and adaptability working across different private school settings

This contract runs from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027, Monday–Friday at 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to make a lasting impact over the entire academic year.
