Qualifications:

  • Completion of two years of college credits from an accredited institution, OR an associate’s degree or above, OR a passing score on a formal academic assessment (such as ParaPro, ParaPathways, or The Master Teacher)
  • Willingness to obtain a PCA certificate (free—takes under an hour) if not already held
  • Ability to provide proof of qualification and certificates for interview consideration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with students of varied abilities
  • Availability for a mandatory orientation session held exclusively on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support students in classroom and focus program settings, helping ensure every student’s needs are met
  • Assist with instructional activities under the supervision of certified staff
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment for all learners
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
  • Help facilitate classroom organization and routines

This is a full-time, on-site position (no remote options) with the school year running through June 4, 2026. You'll join a highly collaborative educational team dedicated to student success throughout the academic year.
