We’re seeking additional dedicated Paraprofessionals due to increasing demand—bring your passion for education and commitment to making a difference!

Qualifications:

• Status as a “highly qualified para” is required
• ONE of the following:
  • Completed at least two years of college credits (60 semester credits or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • Hold an associate degree or higher
  • Successfully pass a formal assessment (such as the ParaPro test) or Competency Grid
• Experience working with children or in educational settings is preferred
• Strong communication skills, patience, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and students, adapting to individual learning needs
• Assist with instructional materials and classroom activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student confidence and engagement
• Assist students with daily tasks and ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Document and track student progress under teacher guidance
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a supportive educational environment
