Your Role:

• Provide individualized support to students as a 1:1 Paraprofessional or as an EC Teaching Assistant
• Assist with instructional activities and reinforce lessons presented by teachers
• Support students’ physical, emotional, and social development in the classroom and throughout the school day
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
• Help with activities of daily living and facilitate communication between students and staff when needed
• Provide progress feedback and help document student achievements and challenges
