Two full-time opportunities are available for the upcoming school year: one temporary role working with K-2 students at an elementary school (8:00 am – 3:30 pm, through at least March), and one permanent position at the middle school level with grades 6-8 (7:30 am – 3:00 pm). These roles are ideal for compassionate, motivated professionals ready to help students flourish and assist educators in dedicated classroom environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate’s degree or at least 60 college credits required
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff
• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Commitment to supporting a diverse student population, including those in life skills classrooms

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in instructional or classroom management tasks
• Support students individually or in small groups, including those in life skills programs
• Aid in implementing educational or behavioral plans as directed by certified staff
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
