Step into a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity supporting elementary students on a one-to-one basis as a dedicated paraprofessional. This temporary leave coverage spans September through November and offers the chance to make a genuine impact during an essential period in young learners’ schooling.

In this role, you will work closely with assigned students, providing individualized guidance, encouragement, and support throughout their school day. This is an opportunity to share your passion for education and make a difference in the day-to-day lives of students.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in a school setting is required
  • Relevant skills as a paraprofessional, including classroom support and student engagement
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both students and staff

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist an assigned elementary student one-on-one during school activities and instruction
  • Help implement lesson plans provided by the teacher
  • Support student participation in classroom routines
  • Encourage positive social interaction and engagement
  • Document student progress and communicate with educational staff as needed

You will receive competitive compensation ranging from $20 to $24 per hour. Eligible candidates may also benefit from additional support including healthcare coverage, housing, and meals or incidental assistance.
