What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or in a classroom support role preferred

• Capable of assisting with instructional activities and supporting individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of certified teachers to deliver instructional support in small groups and one-on-one settings
• Assist with managing classroom routines and behavioral expectations
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
• Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources
• Provide additional supervision during student transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities as needed
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with teaching staff regarding student progress and needs
