- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience within a paraprofessional or support staff capacity in schools

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Guide the creation, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure each student’s unique needs are met
- Manage the referral and student evaluation process, including participating in placement and review conferences
- Provide training and coordinate curriculum development with staff, sharing strategies and resources for student success
- Serve as a bridge between educators, administrators, parents, and related service providers, ensuring alignment and open communication
- Support daily classroom activities, encourage student independence, and implement instructional adaptations under the direction of certified staff
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
