Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, RBT, or in Applied Behavior Analysis within educational settings
- Knowledge of behavioral strategies, intervention techniques, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, service providers, and BCBA supervision (district BCBA supervision provided, outside RBT supervision preferred)
- Skilled in supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs across K-12 grade levels
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing program structures
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group behavioral support for students, assisting with implementation of positive behavior interventions
- Work under the guidance and supervision of the BCBA and instructional team across four school buildings
- Collect and document data on student progress as related to behavioral objectives
- Help implement pilot projects, contribute feedback, and support new initiatives throughout the school year
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
