Position: Full time Behavior Aide Position  

Location: Chesterfield, VA 23832 

Position Type: Full time, 10-month contract

Hourly Pay: 22-24/hr based on experience

Responsibilities: 

• Work collaboratively with 1:1 K-12 students, other educational technicians, toileting, and administration

• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials 

• Collect and analyze data on student behavior and progress

• Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges

• Assist in the development of individualized goals and strategies

• Monitor and document student academic, behavioral, and social growth

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or AA Degree

• CPI Trained preferred but not required

• Candidate must be physically capable of running around with kids

• Experience working with ABA and PECS students/children with behavioral challenges in a school setting

• Previous school experience with students K-12
