Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in classroom management, instructional support, and student supervision
  • Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, reinforcing lesson materials and supporting individual learning needs
  • Help adapt learning activities and materials for diverse learners
  • Contribute to a safe, supportive classroom environment
  • Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
  • Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, hallways, lunchrooms, and during school activities
  • Maintain effective communication with educators and school staff
