Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to elementary students throughout the school day.
• Assist with classroom management, educational activities, and individualized support plans.
• Facilitate inclusion by helping students engage with peers and access curriculum.
• Support teachers by preparing materials, tracking progress, and communicating observations.
• Deliver personal care or behavioral supports as needed, with guidance from the educational team.
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging atmosphere for all learners.
