Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or paraprofessional certification is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to help students with assignments, social-emotional skills, and individualized goals
• Support students with special needs by implementing accommodations and following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Help supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment for all learners
• Manage materials, resources, and student records as directed by teaching staff
