Step into a meaningful role supporting students as a contract Paraprofessional for the remainder of the 25/26 school year. This opportunity involves working full-time with either high school or elementary students, collaborating with dedicated educators, and providing essential assistance in the classroom. There are two openings available, with immediate placement and the possibility of extending into summer or the following school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or similar educational support role
• Comfortable working in both general and life skills classrooms
• Ability to adapt to varying student needs and learning abilities
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and individualized student support
• Provide direct support to students in daily academic tasks and personal development
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and breaks
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and caring classroom setting
• Support the life skills room as needed, contributing to both academic and life skills development
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity while working with diverse student populations
