Opportunities include working in either a high school (7:15 am – 2:45 pm) or elementary setting (8:00 am – 3:30 pm). You’ll collaborate with educators, provide personalized support to students, and potentially work within a lifeskills classroom setting.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or paraeducator in a school setting is highly preferred
• Comfortable assisting in lifeskills or special education classrooms
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently or as part of a team
• Patient, compassionate, and supportive demeanor with a strong commitment to student success
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Clearances required for working in education settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in academic, behavioral, and functional areas as assigned
• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and daily routines
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Support students’ individual needs, with guidance from faculty and staff
• Work collaboratively with teaching teams and specialists
