Teacher's Aide - Claremont, New Hampshire

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly preferred
• Enthusiasm for working with middle or high school students
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and peers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of students and classrooms
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher in a related field is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in instructional activities and classroom management
• Work directly with students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation of materials
• Accompany and supervise students during activities, transitions, and meals
• Participate in IEP meetings or other student support planning as needed
• Collaborate with staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
