Teacher's Aide - Claremont, New Hampshire

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, or in a related educational support role
• Comfortable assisting high school-aged students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and staff
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to the needs of various classroom routines
• No specific certifications or training required—enthusiasm and reliability are most important

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support by assisting with instruction, activities, and assignments
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere for all students
• Implement adaptations and accommodations as directed by teaching staff
• Monitor student engagement and wellbeing
• Support teachers in maintaining a positive classroom environment
