Desired Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience working in a school setting is required
• Proven ability to assist in classrooms across different age groups, from Pre K to high school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other team members
• Comfortable adapting to dynamic educational environments
• Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to student welfare

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in managing classroom activities and supporting instruction
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to reinforce educational goals
• Help create an inclusive, supportive environment for learners of varying abilities
• Monitor student engagement and report on progress to educators
• Provide assistance with non-instructional duties including supervision, transitions, or behavior management as needed
• Remain flexible to support varying classrooms or assignments within Pre K–high school as needed
