Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in classroom instruction and classroom management
- Promote an inclusive and encouraging environment for all students
- Support students with special needs or learning differences as needed
- Help prepare and organize educational materials for lessons and activities
- Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, and other activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group academic assistance under teacher direction
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
