Instructional Aide - Collegeville, PA

Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or aide in a school setting preferred
• Passion for working with elementary and/or middle school students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to assist with behavior management and individualized student needs
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced classroom environment
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to supporting student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to assist in classroom instruction, activities, and supervision
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress and document observations as needed
• Encourage student engagement and foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Support classroom routines, transitions, and organization throughout the school day
