Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and staff to support diverse student needs
• Patience, flexibility, and a caring attitude toward students
• Familiarity with classroom management and individualized student support

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and individualized support
• Support students with academic tasks, reinforcing lessons and helping them stay engaged
• Aid students with disabilities or special learning requirements as directed
• Supervise students in classroom, lunch, and recess settings to maintain safety and positive behavior
• Help implement learning interventions and classroom modifications
• Contribute to creating an encouraging, respectful learning climate for every student
• Assist with recordkeeping, preparing instructional materials, and general classroom organization
