About the Role
We're seeking three dedicated CSD Paraprofessionals to join our speech-language pathology team and support students with communication needs across our district. In this role, you'll work directly under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to help students build the communication skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Assist licensed SLPs during individual and group therapy sessions
• Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment
• Conduct screenings and assist with evaluations under SLP supervision
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support students with speech, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Help manage scheduling and administrative tasks for the SLP caseload

What We're Looking For
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
• Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or related settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Background check clearance

Preferred:

• Coursework or certification in Communication Sciences and Disorders (CSD)
• Prior experience in special education or speech-language services

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.33 to $35.33. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
