Elementary School Paraprofessional | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | Fountain, Colorado
Pay: $20.44–$30.56 per hour
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join an elementary school team in Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting students and collaborating with teachers in a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Position Details

- Student Population: Elementary School
Responsibility
- Provide classroom support under the direction of the classroom teacher
- Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce instruction
- Help implement classroom management strategies and behavior support plans
- Assist with classroom organization, lesson preparation, and daily activities
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado requirements to work as a Paraprofessional, including one of the following:
- Completion of 48 semester credit hours from an accredited college or university, or
- An associate degree (or higher), or
- A passing score on an approved paraprofessional assessment (such as the ParaPro Assessment), if required by the hiring district
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully complete all district hiring requirements, including background checks
