Soliant Education is seeking dedicated and dependable Paraprofessionals for full-time, school-based opportunities in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. Opportunities are available across elementary, middle, and high school settings for individuals who are passionate about supporting students and helping create positive, productive learning environments.
We are seeking candidates with relevant experience working with students in school, classroom, behavioral support, childcare, or other educational settings who are comfortable collaborating with teachers and school staff to support student success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide classroom and instructional support under the direction of teachers and school staff
-Work individually with students and in small-group settings to reinforce academic instruction
-Assist students with academic, behavioral, social, and functional needs
-Help implement classroom routines, behavior support plans, and instructional strategies
-Support students during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities as needed
-Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and other school staff
-Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Maintain student confidentiality and follow school and district policies

QUALIFICATIONS
-Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred
-Experience providing classroom, behavioral, or student support preferred
-Experience working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs is a plus
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to follow teacher direction and work collaboratively as part of an educational team
-Dependable, patient, flexible, and committed to supporting student success
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED required
Additional college coursework or education-related training is a plus
