• Willingness to collaborate and adapt based on specific student requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Support a student throughout the entire school day, Monday through Thursday
• Provide hands-on assistance with daily activities, mobility, and learning tasks
• Foster an inclusive environment that encourages independence and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement tailored strategies and accommodations
• Assist with any adaptive equipment or communication devices as needed
• Monitor student well-being and document progress or concerns
