Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility, patience, and a compassionate attitude toward students of all abilities
• Understanding of classroom management and instructional techniques
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under teacher supervision, both in groups and one-on-one
• Assist with classroom activities, assignments, and behavior management
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Help implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
