Teacher's Aide | Concord, New Hampshire

Make a meaningful impact supporting 5th through 8th grade students as a contract paraprofessional for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This full-time role is based near Concord, NH and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, assisting teachers and supporting learners in grades 5-8 throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting preferred.
• Familiarity working with middle school (grades 5-8) students helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide individualized attention and adapt to students’ diverse learning needs.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with lesson implementation and classroom management.
• Deliver individual or small-group assistance to students, reinforcing instruction and encouraging participation.
• Observe and track students’ progress, reporting observations to teaching staff.
• Support students with special needs, following individualized education plans as needed.
• Foster a learning-focused, inclusive, and respectful classroom community.
• Assist with supervision during transitions, meals, and recess as required.

The position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, with weekly hours ranging from 32 to 37.5, Monday through Friday, ensuring a consistent schedule and the chance to develop meaningful connections with students and staff.
