Your primary responsibility will be providing dedicated 1:1 support to a preschool student, helping to create a nurturing, positive environment that fosters both social and academic development. Experience managing classroom behaviors is highly valued, as is comfort with personal care tasks, including assisting with diaper changes.

• Experience as a paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or teacher's assistant, particularly in an early childhood or special education setting
