As a Teacher Assistant (state certification required), you’ll be working 36.25 hours weekly, assisting in classroom instruction and supporting student engagement. Teacher Aide roles (no certification needed) offer hands-on classroom support for 32.5 hours each week, ensuring students have the guidance and help they need to succeed.

Ideal Qualifications:

• For Teacher Assistants: Active New York State Teaching Assistant certificate (please provide verification)
• For Teacher Aides: No certification required—a passion for education and supporting students is a must
• Experience in school or classroom settings highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student growth
• Ability to provide one manager reference upon application

Key Responsibilities:

• Support lead teachers in daily instruction and classroom management
• Offer individualized or small-group academic assistance to students
