Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar student support role preferred
• Comfortable assisting teachers and students in special education or general education classrooms

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver individualized and group instruction
• Support students with assignments, activities, and classroom management
• Assist with personal care and mobility needs for students, if necessary
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere aligned with school values
• Monitor student progress and collaborate regularly with teaching staff
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school activities as required
