This position offers a focused caseload and the unique chance to work closely alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing targeted assistance in a collaborative school environment. Located in the Dallas, TX area, this role begins as soon as possible and extends through May 21, 2027, allowing you to make a meaningful impact over multiple school years.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar student support capacity
• Familiarity with behavioral and academic interventions, especially within elementary school settings
• Ability to follow direction from a BCBA and implement behavior support strategies
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to connect effectively with young learners
• Professionalism and adaptability in a school environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized assistance to a 2nd-grade student during scheduled support times
• Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed in collaboration with the BCBA
• Document student progress and report observations or concerns as needed
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment in the classroom
• Actively participate in a total of 12 sessions, every Wednesday from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM
