Exciting opportunities are available for multiple dedicated professionals to support elementary students in a vibrant learning environment for the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time roles are available across several elementary campuses, where you’ll provide essential classroom support as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aide. Work directly with general education students, supporting classroom teachers, helping students engage in daily activities, and ensuring every child feels included and empowered.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience or strong interest in working as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Aide within an elementary school setting
- Comfortable assisting and supervising students from Transitional Kindergarten through 5th grade
- Willingness to support younger children with toileting and diapering needs as necessary
- Ability to commit to a full academic year contract (August 17th, 2026 – June 11th, 2027)
- Must complete district-required paraprofessional training prior to assignment
- Reliable transportation—please note that access to campus may require a toll bridge
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities for general education students
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment for all learners
- Provide individualized attention or behavioral support as directed by certified staff
- Help students with daily care routines, including toileting and hygiene
- Supervise students during arrival, recess, and dismissal as part of a staggered full-time schedule
- Collaborate with faculty and follow all school and district procedures
