Description:
A school district is seeking qualified Educational Technicians (Level II or III) to support elementary students in a life skills–based program. This role focuses on providing structured academic, behavioral, and functional support to help students build independence and succeed in the school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to K–5 students in a life skills classroom
- Assist with implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support functional academics, daily living skills, and social development
- Follow behavior support plans and classroom routines
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
Qualifications:
- Valid Educational Technician II or III certification required
- Experience working with elementary students and/or special education preferred
- Ability to support students with varying academic and behavioral needs
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
